Well, today I am going to advise you on two things that you need to have in your house if you have children, incase there is an emergency such food poisoning, poisoning or otherwise.

Children are delicate and fun seeking humans, and they are less careful and safety conscious than adults.

These therefore makes you (parents) responsible for the protection and safety of your children.

Hence you need to have these two things at home always for emergencies such as food poisoning.

1. Bitter kola and activated charcoal:

You can buy activated charcoal from any pharmacy or drug outlet, or you can make them yourself at home.

View pictures in App save up to 80% data.These Anti poisons are good as first aids for emergencies following poisoning or food poisoning, all you have to is give any of the Anti poisons (bitter kola or activated charcoal) to the child, and they will help adsorb and flush out the poison from their system before it is absorbed from the gut or stomach to cause harm to the child.

The anti poison are given to stabilize the child before taking him or her to the hospital for further treatment.

However, it is a must have at home for emergencies relating to domestic hazards such as burns or injuries.

For burns please the first thing to is to put the part of the body that was burnt under running water for some minutes, then give a pain relief from your first aid kits afterwards.

After putting the burnt part under running water, apply any moisturizing lotion on the affected area to cool it and prevent it from drying.
