Head of Safeguard Staff (Cds), General Fortunate Irabor has cautioned Lead representative Samuel Ortom of Benue, after he gave the Buhari-drove organization a one-month cutoff time to support his solicitation to get an AK-47 permit or see him look for counsel from his kin on the best game-plan.

He expressed that the permit for the acquirement of programmed weapons, for example, AK-47, lies with the organizations of the central government.

Irabor said;

“Guns fall into two significant classifications. You have the programmed weapons and the ones that we might group as non-programmed weapons, which some of you might try and have in the event that you have the fitting licenses — discussing the siphon activity which are the exceptionally normal ones, and some of the time even the dane firearms a portion of the trackers use.

“What is associated with the class referenced has to do with programmed weapons. There’s no express that has been given permit for that.

“Thus, you don’t request what you don’t have ability to obtain.”
